Very tasty Swabian and international cuisine. Everything arranged very lovingly. Wonderful ambience. Very good value for money. A visit is always worthwhile. It is best to reserve in advance!

Was eating there again after 40 years. Unadulterated Swabian cuisine just like mother's! We used to celebrate my grandmother's birthdays here. A nice childhood memory, especially since the place has absolutely not changed. Even the owners are still the same :)

Great location on the Erzweg in Aalen. Historic building with a modern and down-to-earth kitchen.

Nice service, quiet, beautiful outdoor area in nature. I had cheese spaetzle. Very tasty but not very large portion. Others had the green noodles (very large portion) or schnitzel and were also very satisfied.

Best pure Swabian cuisine. The service is very attentive and contributes to the excellent judgment of this inn.

Food is wonderful and very good. But the organization / arrangement with companies is not really nice and communicative. On the phone you are even turned on stupidly. There is a person who is really unfriendly. Even at weddings it ends at 1am. That is not always communicated beforehand. This should always be pointed out when booking and not just by accident the day before! Two stars because the food is excellent. To go out for a meal, highly recommended. Celebrate celebrations that need an organization - rather not !!!

Solid German cuisine The positive first. The portions are very plentiful, there is no saving on the customer. In terms of taste, it was absolutely fine and I would eat here again at any time. For a better rating, however, I lack the recognition value. I had the Swabian Sauerbraten, as I said: the taste was okay. But as the name suggests: a Sauerbraten is usually sour. In this case, I didn't notice anything. If I had chosen another roast, it would have been similarly sour. Not at all. The spaetzle looked homemade to me and was excellent. The salads were fresh too. The service was very nice and quick on the feet although there was a lot going on. Nevertheless, it remained cozy, no trace of the hectic pace of the ladies from the service. That was great! With a little more courage, an even better rating would be possible next time.

The ore mine is a home-style inn. The menu is surprisingly large and varied, there are also simple dishes around 10 €. Expensive dishes go up to about 18 euros. The lively service is probably the landlady, very friendly and at least already in the mid-seventies. Many guests are older vintages, regulars who stop for a beer and a chat. When we were there the place was very well visited, so it was also in the guest room relatively loud.

Food great, good Swabian food, the selection is not too big so the quality is guaranteed. Standard menus and changing. Service coordinated and friendly. The location is very nice and cozy. For example, Wienerschnitzel is beaten and fried breaded in lard. Super. Always happy.

Were there at a family celebration and had the room at our disposal. The quality of the food and the service are known to be very satisfactory and have been for decades.

Very delicious traditional South-German food, very good value for money. Maybe not suited for hard-core Vegetarians.
